Support small repair and maintenance work, including caulking, trim repair, deck and fence fixes, and general labour tasks.
Maintain safe and clean job sites - protect client property and follow all safety protocols.

Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at job sites.
Communicate clearly with the team and clients when needed.
Follow instructions, meet deadlines, and take ownership of quality work.

What You Bring To The Table

Experience in construction, cleaning, or general labour (preferred, but training provided).
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Comfort using ladders and hand tools.
Positive attitude, reliability, and team mindset.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred).
Desire to learn and grow within a supportive team.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Competitive hourly wage with performance-based incentives.
Paid training, safety certification, and equipment provided.
Career growth into lead technician or field supervisor roles.
Supportive and respectful team environment.
Local work - home every night, serving communities you know.
Work that’s rewarding - you’ll see visible results every day.

Join the Clean Break Team

If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a company that values reliability, craftsmanship, and community, we want to hear from you. Apply today and start building your future with Clean Break Home Services.
