You will work closely with other leaders in Revenue to drive the strategy for the business development team. At Clearco, BDRs both qualify inbound leads from marketing and work directly with the AE team to prospect outbound within their territory to convert accounts into opportunities. Therefore, you will need to be skilled in both partnering and collaborating with marketing and driving an outbound engine that generates pipeline from cold accounts.
