Account Manager

Position: Account Manager – Calgary

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Calgary, Alberta – Hybrid with local travel

Availability: Immediately

clicknpark is a technology-driven parking management company helping property owners and managers operate smarter, more efficient and more profitable parking assets.

We combine parking operations, technology, enforcement, data and revenue management to deliver modern parking solutions across Canada. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager in Calgary to manage and strengthen key client relationships, improve account performance, help streamline service delivery, and grow our existing relationships.

This role will focus on our Calgary portfolio, with a clear opportunity to progress and grow with our company.

The Account Manager will act as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of clients. The goal is simple: retain our clients, deliver measurable value and create repeat business. This is not a reactive customer-service role. We are looking for someone who understands their clients' businesses, proactively identifies risks and opportunities, and takes ownership of the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of Calgary clients.
Build trusted relationships with property managers, asset managers, ownership groups and other key stakeholders.
Maintain a consistent client presence through meetings, property visits, performance reviews and regular follow-up.
Understand each client's business priorities, portfolio, contracts and long-term objectives.
Monitor account performance, including revenue, occupancy, utilization, permits, transient parking, enforcement activity and customer trends.Identify performance gaps, unusual results and emerging risks before they become client concerns.
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews as required.
Turn financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for clients.
Identify opportunities to increase parking revenue, improve utilization and optimize asset performance.
Recommend rate, product, monthly parking, transient and enforcement strategies where appropriate.
Identify opportunities to expand clicknpark into additional properties or services within existing client portfolios.
Support proposals, renewals, contract amendments and expansion opportunities.
Maintain visibility into upcoming renewals and begin retention planning well in advance.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Technology, Enforcement, Marketing and Business Development to ensure client commitments are delivered.
Take ownership of client issues through resolution, including appropriate communication and follow-up.
Perform top down analysis of financial reporting and material variances with clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, client action items and renewal information.
Conduct regular property visits and attend launches, implementations and strategic account meetings.
Represent clicknpark professionally with clients, partners and within the commercial real estate community.

Education & Experience Required

The successful candidate will ideally have:

3–5+ years of experience in parking operations or real estate based services
Strong relationship-management and communication skills.
Business and financial acumen, with confidence reviewing reports, budgets and performance metrics.
Excellent organization, follow-through and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading client meetings and presenting recommendations.
A proactive approach to client management and account growth.
Confidence managing multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines.
Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams.
Experience with CRM and account-management systems.
A valid driver's licence and ability to travel locally
