Medical Assistant

Clinique Médicale Step, a busy pediatric focused clinic in Côte Saint-Luc, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to work directly alongside physicians. This role is ideal for university level students with a passion for healthcare, looking for meaningful hands-on clinical exposure in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

We're looking for someone who communicates comfortably in both English and French, works well under pressure, and takes pride in helping a physician's day run efficiently from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Support the physician throughout clinic sessions by preparing exam rooms and equipment.
• Document key information related to the visit reason in our electronic medical records system
• Liaise with reception, nursing, and allied health staff to keep patient flow smooth
• Protect patient confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For

• A passion for healthcare
• Strong communication skills in both English and French
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with electronic medical records
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and adaptable in a high-volume environment
• A genuine interest in patient care and learning from direct clinical exposure

Working Hours

Part-time and full-time positions available. All candidates must be available a minimum of 3 weekdays per week, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
