Services are designed to support clients in addressing emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of health. Role Description The Psychologue will provide individual and group psychotherapy, conduct psychological assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans for clients across a range of mental health concerns. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients on-site, documenting clinical notes, collaborating with other health professionals, and participating in case discussions as needed. The role involves delivering psychoeducation, offering crisis intervention when appropriate, and maintaining ethical and professional standards of practice. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pierrefonds, QC, requiring regular availability during clinic hours and occasional flexibility for client needs.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based approaches in clinical practice.
Competence in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including intake evaluation, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning.
Relevant background in Medicine or close collaboration with medical professionals to support integrative care, when applicable.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (or equivalent) and eligibility for licensure or membership with the appropriate regulatory body in Quebec.
Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards in clinical settings.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience in mind-body or integrative approaches, trauma-informed care, or working with diverse populations is an advantage.
