A2D Test Lead – SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced A2D Test Lead with strong SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience to lead end-to-end testing activities.
The candidate will be responsible for test strategy, SIT/UAT, regression, integration validation, defect governance, asset validation, and Go-Live readiness.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of overall testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM / EAM.
- Experience with Asset-to-Decommission (A2D) processes.
- Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Integration and Regression Testing.
- Experience developing Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Scripts.
- Strong defect management and quality governance experience.
- Experience with Functional Locations, Equipment, Notifications, Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Spare Parts Management and Asset Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with SAP Fiori.
- Experience with SAP SolMan / Cloud ALM.
- Experience with testing tools such as Tosca, Worksoft or Panaya.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing for Asset-to-Decommission processes, including test strategy, SIT/UAT, regression, integration validation, defect governance, and asset validation. Manage test deliverables and stakeholder coordination through test closure and Go-Live readiness.
Requirements
Requires 8–10 years of overall testing experience, strong hands-on SAP PM/EAM and Asset-to-Decommission experience, and expertise in SIT, UAT, integration, and regression testing. Candidates should also have experience with asset maintenance processes, SAP Fiori, SAP SolMan or Cloud ALM, testing tools such as Tosca, Worksoft, or Panaya, and team leadership.
