About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced A2D Test Lead with strong SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience to lead end-to-end testing activities.
The candidate will be responsible for test strategy, SIT/UAT, regression, integration validation, defect governance, asset validation, and Go-Live readiness.
Required Skills- 8–10 years of overall testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM / EAM.
- Experience with Asset-to-Decommission (A2D) processes.
- Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Integration and Regression Testing.
- Experience developing Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Scripts.
- Strong defect management and quality governance experience.
- Experience with Functional Locations, Equipment, Notifications, Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Spare Parts Management and Asset Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with SAP Fiori.
- Experience with SAP SolMan / Cloud ALM.
- Experience with testing tools such as Tosca, Worksoft or Panaya.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
