Job Title: Senior ETL Developer – Snowflake
Client: CPKC/Coforge
Location: Calgary, AB, Canada
Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite
Experience: 10+ Years
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer with strong experience in Snowflake, data engineering, and ETL development. The candidate will design scalable data pipelines, implement modern data architecture, and work directly with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ETL pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, Python, and IDMC.
- Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Work on Snowpipe, CDC, data modeling, and data quality.
- Implement data security, RBAC, data masking, and governance.
- Manage performance tuning and cost optimization.
- Build CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.
- Work with Control-M, Power BI, and Qlik.
- Develop AI solutions using Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, and AI Agents.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in Data Engineering / ETL / Data Warehousing.
- 4+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience.
- Strong SQL, Python, Stored Procedures, IDMC, and Medallion Architecture skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Railway industry experience and exposure to Snowflake Intelligence.
