Collaborate closely with your product team, Product Managers, developers, and QA as a true partner throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Partner with the marketing team to understand business needs related to web campaigns and product launches
Advanced proficiency with Figma and hands-on experience working within a mature and continuously evolving Design System.
Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile design best practices.
Strong focus on both usability and execution quality, balancing methodological rigor with attention to detail.
Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted design workflows when appropriate, particularly for rapid prototyping and early-stage user journey validation.
Excellent communication skills, able to navigate stakeholder feedback, identify underlying needs, and keep discussions focused on solving the right problems.
Good understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS) and the ability to recognize when developer involvement is required.
