Overnight even Set up Crew
We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Overnight Event Setup Team.
What You'll Do
- Setting up and tearing down banquet halls and event spaces according to event floor plans and specifications
- Reading and interpreting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate event execution
- Arranging staging, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and buffet stations
- Ensuring rooms are fully prepared and presentation ready
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness of event spaces during room flips
- Safely moving, storing, and maintaining banquet equipment
- Keeping service corridors, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, and unobstructed
- Following all workplace safety, and company policies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, respect, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with supervisors and managers
- Frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Climb stairs and move equipment safely throughout the facility
