About the role

We are looking for a Junior Photographer to join our Production team! This role ensures all Clutch vehicles are photographed to the highest standards and accurately represented in our database. • Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and logistics teams to support vehicle readiness

What we’re looking for

  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in camera functions and basic photo editing

  • Interest in the automotive industry and comfort troubleshooting minor vehicle issues

  • Team player with people leadership or mentorship experience

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a get-it-done, action-oriented attitude

  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Why you’ll love it at Clutch

  • Autonomy & ownership – opportunity to build your process and influence the company workforce at every level

  • Help shape the future of car buying and selling in Canada by leading a critical part of our production workflow

  • Broad ownership over inventory photography and vehicle representation during a phase of rapid growth

  • Competitive compensation and top-of-market benefits

  • Above market health & dental coverage starting from day one
