Clutch is Canada’s largest online used car retailer, delivering a seamless, hassle‑free car‑buying experience to drivers everywhere. Customers can browse hundreds of cars from the comfort of their home, get the right one delivered to their door, and enjoy peace of mind with our 10‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee… and that’s just the beginning.

Named five years in a row to the Globe & Mail’s list of the Top Growing Companies in Canada and also awarded spots on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50™ and Fast 500™ lists, we’re looking to add curious, hard‑working, and driven individuals to our growing team.

Headquartered in Toronto, Clutch was founded in 2017 and currently services Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, and Prince Edward Island. Clutch is backed by a number of world‑class investors, including D1 Capital, Canaan, Real Ventures, BrandProject, and Upper90. To learn more, visit clutch.ca.

About the role:

The Parts Associate will support parts and materials flow in our Mississauga reconditioning facility. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory, organizing parts, and ensuring production has what it needs when it needs it.

Track inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure parts are available when needed (measured by inventory accuracy and stock availability)
Deliver parts and materials to production areas or other locations as required
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts using inventory management systems
Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders or production needs
Follow all workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques
Ensure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelines
Work with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to address parts shortages or urgent requests
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, incorrect parts, or other supply issues promptly
Assist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean and efficient

What we’re looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)
Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
Clean criminal background check
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Must be able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario
Availability: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed

Ability to work in a production environment
Physical and mental effort required for parts handling
You will be required to wear CSA-approved safety footwear (green triangle, Grade 1) and other required PPE when on the job, and in other designated areas. Clutch will supply PPE and partial reimbursement toward the purchase of approved footwear.

It’d be great if you have:

Previous experience in parts, inventory, or material handling
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems

Why you’ll love it at Clutch:

Autonomy & ownership - opportunity to build your process and influence the company workforce at every level
Help shape the future of car buying and selling in Canada by supporting quality operations
Broad and direct ownership over parts coordination during a phase of rapid growth
Top-of-market compensation and above-market health & dental benefits

Employment Type:

Existing, Permanent Full‑Time

Wage: $22.00 per hour
Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental care, vision care, prescriptions, life insurance, and dependent coverage; start from day 1
