YOUR ROLE

Work with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of performance indicators.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Gather reporting requirements and dashboard needs from stakeholders.

Participate in business analysis activities to identify reporting opportunities.

Communicate trends and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present insights effectively.

Create and maintain regular reports and KPI dashboards using PowerBI.

Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to support business objectives.

Perform large-scale data analysis to generate actionable insights.

Identify opportunities through ad hoc analysis and trend evaluation to improve KPIs.

Support business stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions.

Ensure the availability, accuracy, and performance of reports for internal and external users.

Provide reporting and analytics support as required.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of report quality.

Deliver training and guidance to users on generating ad hoc reports.

Drive task automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.

Travel as required based on departmental and project needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.

Strong SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets.

Experience in Business Intelligence (BI), ETL processes, and analytics.

Experience with analytical programming using Python.

Knowledge of supply chain and international freight is an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to changing business needs and requirements.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.

VOTRE ROLE

Collaborer avec les parties prenantes afin de transformer les données en constats exploitables et de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des indicateurs de performance.

CE QUE VOUS ALLEZ FAIRE

Recueillir les exigences en matière de rapports et les besoins en tableaux de bord auprès des parties prenantes.

Participer aux activités d’analyse d’affaires afin d’identifier les possibilités d’amélioration des rapports.

Communiquer les tendances et définir les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).

Utiliser des outils et des techniques de visualisation de données afin de présenter efficacement les analyses et constats.

Créer et maintenir des rapports réguliers ainsi que des tableaux de bord KPI à l’aide de PowerBI.

Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de gestion des produits afin de soutenir les objectifs d’affaires.

Effectuer des analyses de données à grande échelle afin de générer des constats exploitables.

Identifier les occasions d’amélioration au moyen d’analyses ponctuelles et de l’évaluation des tendances afin d’améliorer les KPI.

Soutenir les parties prenantes de l’entreprise dans la prise de décisions éclairées et fondées sur les données.

Assurer la disponibilité, l’exactitude et la performance des rapports destinés aux utilisateurs internes et externes.

Fournir un soutien en matière de rapports et d’analytique, au besoin.

Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité des rapports.

Offrir de la formation et de l’encadrement aux utilisateurs sur la génération de rapports ponctuels.

Piloter des initiatives d’automatisation des tâches afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la productivité.

Voyager au besoin, selon les exigences du département et des projets.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Maîtrise des outils de visualisation de données, de préférence PowerBI.

Solides compétences en SQL et expérience dans l’interrogation de jeux de données volumineux et complexes.

Expérience en intelligence d’affaires (BI), en processus ETL et en analytique.

Expérience en programmation analytique avec Python.

Connaissance de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et du fret international, un atout.
