Original job description

What you’ll do:

Provide administrative support for ag equipment sales, including preparing and processing sales documentation
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, timeliness, and excellence
Maintain accurate records and assist with pricing updates
Support the Ag Equipment Sales Manager with day-to-day coordination
Receive ag equipment and parts into the appropriate systems
Verify packing slips, process customer invoices, and internal transfers
Order and procure equipment parts as directed
Monitor inventory levels, assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups with customers, vendors, carriers, sales staff, and location team members; communicating delivery status and documentation requirements
Support seasonal or peak-period operational needs
Provide secondary administrative support to other areas of the location as assigned

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:

You have a high school diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary coursework or certificate in office administration, business administration, agriculture, accounting, or a related field is considered an asset
You have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to solve problems
You have 1-3 years administrative, customer service, or related experience
Experience in inventory reconciliation, purchase orders, pricing, and/or agricultural equipment/parts is considered an asset
You are highly motivated
You have above average organizational skills
You possess strong interpersonal skills
You’re aligned with our Values
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license
