What you’ll do:

You will lead the Agro team and oversee daily operations, sales, inventory and financial performance. Working with the management team, you will develop team members and deliver great service to our members and customers.

Lead, schedule, train and support Agro team members, setting clear expectations and addressing performance and employee relations matters in consultation with the General Manager and Human Resources.

Manage sales, margins, expenses, purchasing, inventory and receiving while working toward department budgets and performance targets.

Build strong customer relationships, stay current on Agro products and market needs, and ensure safe operations that follow applicable policies and legislation.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Agro retail leadership and:

You have completed Grade 12; training in business administration, marketing or a related field is preferred.
You have at least three years of retail experience and three years of supervisory experience.
You have financial management and computer skills, understand safety and asset protection requirements, hold a Class 5 driver’s licence, and can lift 50 lbs.
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
