Job Overview: Reporting to the Agro Manager you will be responsible to:
Demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity,Service, and Excellence in everything you do
Maintain Four Rivers Co-op’s high standards for customer service
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while accepting a variety of payment methods
Work collaboratively with team members to provide friendly and efficient service to our customers
Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and merchandise products as required
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
What You Bring:
- Strong computer skills, with experience using Point-of-Sale systems
- Knowledge of agricultural and livestock products would be considered an asset
- Adaptable, organized, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting as required
- Previous customer service experience would be considered an asset
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to team success
- Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with others to deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs
