Farm & Ranch Customer Service Associate

Job Overview: Reporting to the Merchandising Department Supervisor you will be responsible to: 

• Consistently demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s RISE values: Responsibility, Integrity, Service and Excellence.
• Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to every customer.
• Build positive and cooperative relationships with customers and team members.
• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using various payment methods.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products to maintain attractive, well-organized displays.
• Complete general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean, safe and organized.

What You Bring:

• Knowledge of agricultural and livestock products is considered an asset.

• Strong computer skills, including experience using a point-of-sale system.

• Adaptable, organized and able to work efficiently in a changing environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands effectively.

• Commitment to providing quality work with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including occasional heavy lifting.

• Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.

• Results-oriented and motivated to deliver high-quality work.

• Able to build positive relationships, value different perspectives and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
