Location: Co-op Capital Feeds Prince George, BC

Job Overview: Reporting to the Merchandising Department Supervisor you will be responsible to:

Consistently demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s RISE values: Responsibility, Integrity, Service and Excellence.
Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to every customer.
Build positive and cooperative relationships with customers and team members.
Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using various payment methods.
Stock shelves and merchandise products to maintain attractive, well-organized displays.
Complete general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean, safe and organized.

What You Bring:

Knowledge of agricultural and livestock products is considered an asset.
Strong computer skills, including experience using a point-of-sale system.
Adaptable, organized and able to work efficiently in a changing environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands effectively.
Commitment to providing quality work with strong attention to detail.
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including occasional heavy lifting.
Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
Results-oriented and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
Able to build positive relationships, value different perspectives and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
