The Central Sask. Co-operative is currently recruiting a Full-Time Gas Bar/C-Store Manager for our Westwood Drive location in Humboldt, SK.
What you’ll do:
- Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and brand.
- Manage the Westwood C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.
- Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
- Lead the team, providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members. Provide effective direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, talent management and oversee recruitment.
- Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.
