Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. is inviting applications for
Head Cashier
At our Food Centre
The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Lead daily front-end operations and maintain efficient member and customer service
- Coach cashiers, support training, and reinforce Co-op service standards
- Resolve customer and transaction issues, including price checks, and refunds
- Complete opening and closing procedures, till and safe counts, deposits, cash-office records, and over/short reporting
- Support scheduling, loss prevention, cleanliness, safety, policy compliance, and communication with the Grocery Manager
- Ordering, receiving and handling merchandise
- Adhere to and implement Dauphin Co-op policies and procedures.
