Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Processing Clerk on a full-time temporary basis (up to 7-month term) on our Corporate Accounting team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK.

This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter eager to grow their career in the accounting industry. If you’re looking to be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values positivity and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

Process incoming and outgoing mail and electronic documents, ensuring proper sorting, scanning, data entry, and attachment of required back-ups.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all documents, including requirement documents and payment records
Support internal and external users in locating and accessing necessary documentation.
Assist with document-related corrections and voids.
Other duties as assigned.
