• Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Build and lead a high-performance team that delivers on budgeted targets by maximizing operational efficiency and providing quality service.
• Provide superior leadership to team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management systems.
• Monitor sales, labour costs, and store performance.
• Assist team members with displaying, stocking, and rotating merchandise with a focus on visually appealing presentation.
• Ensure inventories are responsibly managed to maintain high levels of accuracy and minimal loss.
• Resolve customer concerns and inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Oversee the completion of daily reports, deposits, cash reconciliations, and purchases.
• Adhere to all Lake Country Co-op policies and government regulations in relation to the sale of age restricted items, such as liquor, lottery, and tobacco products.
• Respond to emergencies, staffing shortages, or operational issues as required.
• Champion the food safety, asset protection, and safety management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Perform minor repairs to assets as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who You Will Work With: Reporting to the Director, Food, you will be a key participant in initiating, developing, and executing plans and policies to ensure continued growth in sales, service, team member satisfaction, and member experience. You will help lead a fun and passionate team to cultivate a culture of collaboration
