We’re hiring: Associate Insurance Advisor – Farm Insurance | Ponoka, Alberta

We understand that farming is more than a business; it’s a way of life. Great farm insurance advice starts with understanding agriculture and building relationships based on trust.

We’re looking for someone to join our team and become a trusted advisor to farm families. In this full-time role, you will:

• Build strong relationships with farm clients and recommend appropriate insurance protection

• Provide sales, service and renewals, including proactive client and portfolio reviews

• Visit farm clients to understand their operations and complete risk assessments and inspections

• Identify referral opportunities for Life, Disability and Wealth Management services

• Support home, auto, commercial and travel insurance where licensed

What will help you stand out: agricultural experience (a significant asset), strong communication and client service skills, and a demonstrated interest in building a long-term career. Previous insurance experience is welcome but isn’t necessary for the right candidate. An Alberta General Insurance Licence is required, or must be obtained within two months of hiring.
