Original job description

Receptionist Wanted: Awesome Person to Join an Awesome Team!

Are you friendly, organized, positive, and the kind of person who can keep smiling even when the phone is ringing, someone is walking through the door, and three things need your attention at once?

You might be exactly who we’re looking for!

We are an insurance office with an awesome team, and we’re looking for a receptionist who loves working with people and takes pride in making sure clients feel welcome and well looked after.

Can multitask and stay calm when things get busy
Is reliable and takes pride in doing a great job
Is comfortable with computers, email and learning new systems
