Original job description

Receptionist Wanted: Awesome Person to Join an Awesome Team!

Are you friendly, organized, positive, and the kind of person who can keep smiling even when the phone is ringing, someone is walking through the door, and three things need your attention at once?

You might be exactly who we’re looking for!

We are an insurance office with an awesome team, and we’re looking for a receptionist who loves working with people and takes pride in making sure clients feel welcome and well looked after.

The Details:

Position: Full-Time Receptionist

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay: Salary $40,000 to $45,000, based on experience

Benefits: Yes

Location: Bracebridge

No weekends!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling appointments and helping keep the office organized
Responding to general client inquiries
Assisting with paperwork, scanning, filing and data entry
Supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Helping keep everything running smoothly when the office gets busy

Who We’re Looking For:

We can teach you about insurance. What we're really looking for is the right person.

Someone who:

Has a great attitude and genuinely enjoys helping people
Is friendly, professional and comfortable speaking with clients
Is organized and pays attention to the little details
Can multitask and stay calm when things get busy
Is reliable and takes pride in doing a great job
Is comfortable with computers, email and learning new systems
Enjoys being part of a team and is willing to pitch in
Has a good sense of humour because we work hard, but we also like to have fun

Why Work with Us?

Because who you work with matters.

We're a busy office and the days can move quickly, but you'll be working alongside a supportive group of people who care about our clients, care about each other and believe that work should actually be a place you enjoy coming to.

If you're looking for a position where you can work with awesome people, meet great clients and become an important part of a successful team, we'd love to hear from you.
