Coach Canada is seeking fully licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technicians who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, technical excellence, and quality workmanship within a fast-paced maintenance environment.

310T Mechanic / Technician – Qualifications
- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License
- Demonstrated interest or experience in diesel, coach, or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, diagnostics, and repair processes (level of depth aligned with experience)
- Knowledge of or exposure to Ministry of Transportation (MTO) regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a maintenance team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn and actively participate in apprenticeship training and mentorship programs
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with systems such as Fleet Focus or digital work order platforms is considered an asset)
- Valid driver’s license; commercial license (BZ or higher) considered an asset or willingness to obtain
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and working in various shop conditions
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to meet all requirements of a safety-sensitive position, including participation in the Company’s Drug and Alcohol Testing Program (pre-employment, post-incident, reasonable cause, and random testing, where applicable)
