Responsibilities
Deliver and collect packages efficiently while following service standards and safety protocols, maintaining a professional appearance, and operating vehicles safely. Inspect shipments, report stop counts, ensure proper packaging and paperwork, use computerized tracking systems, answer customer questions, and assist with package handling and scanning as needed.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and full availability for shifts. Customer service experience of one year is preferred, as are proficiency in operating equipment and knowledge of service features.
