Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate package selection, inspection, and proper documentation; adhere to operating procedures and security protocols; operate computerized tracking systems; provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and informing customers about services.
Maintain a neat appearance and safe driving practices, complying with regulations; assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning packages as needed; seek additional business opportunities and report sales leads.

Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; valid driver’s license (Class G or equivalent) and a clean driving record; proficiency in operating equipment and systems; ability to operate in a PC environment; bilingual skills are required in some regions.
