Role Overview: Responsible for loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting freight within the facility. This position requires physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload freight efficiently and safely.
  • Scan and sort packages according to operational procedures.
  • Complete all required training and recurrency courses.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate in a PC Windows environment.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Customs regulations is a plus.
  • Must pass all mandatory testing and training requirements.

Additional Requirements: Bilingual skills (French and English) for Quebec residents. Candidates with driving responsibilities must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record. The role may involve varying shifts based on business needs.
