What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely transport riders to their destinations in a professional and friendly manner
- Deliver excellent customer service with every pickup and drop-off
- Communicate clearly and calmly, especially in unexpected situations
- Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition
- Report maintenance needs and safety concerns
- Stay informed on local events, detours, and road conditions
- Follow Coastal Rides’ policies and safety protocols
What You Bring
- A valid BC Class 1, 2, or 4 (Unrestricted) driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
- Excellent driving habits and a strong sense of responsibility
- A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., helping with luggage)
- Flexibility and reliability - you show up when you say you will
- Bonus: Local knowledge of the area you’re driving in

Safely transport riders to their destinations while providing professional, friendly customer service and communicating calmly in unexpected situations. Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good condition, report safety or maintenance concerns, stay informed about local road conditions, and follow company policies.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid, unrestricted BC Class 1, 2, or 4 driver's licence and have a clean driver abstract. They should have excellent driving habits, strong communication and time-management skills, a positive customer-focused attitude, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
