Join COBS Bread as a Full-Time Sales Associate

At COBS Bread, we’re passionate about providing fresh, quality baked goods and exceptional customer service. As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you will be a key part of our bakery team, delivering a warm and friendly experience to our customers daily. Join us and be part of a company that values growth, teamwork, and community involvement.

Your Role:

Assist customers by answering questions and providing product recommendations.
Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately.
Maintain product displays and inventory levels to ensure freshness and availability.
Support the bakery team with general duties, including cleaning and assisting in production as needed.
Contribute to a positive team environment and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Positive attitude and friendly, approachable demeanor.
Reliable and self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to handle cash, credit card and debit transactions accurately.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 22 kg occasionally, and perform duties involving reaching, bending, and moving.

Responsibilities
