This role is for an experienced Real Estate Admin!

You love being the person behind the scenes who keeps a busy real estate team organized, supported, and moving forward. Helping Realtors deliver an exceptional experience to their clients is something you genuinely enjoy!

You’re naturally organized, proactive, and resourceful. You don’t wait to be told what needs to be done - You anticipate what’s coming next, solve problems before they become problems, and take pride in getting the details right. You’re dependable, collaborative, and someone your team can count on.

Technology comes naturally to you, too. You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, digital platforms, and online tools, and you’re always looking for ways to create smarter systems, templates, and processes that make everyone’s day a little easier.

Most importantly, you bring a positive, can-do attitude to the role. You’re professional without being overly formal, confident without needing the spotlight, and calm when things get busy.
