Here's a quick overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
- Support users in the evolution, optimization and operation of the IT solutions under his responsibility.
- Ensure the operational management of the systems, monitor their performance and ensure their adequacy with business needs and organizational orientations.
- Analyze and document needs, improvement requests, and required changes, and coordinate their implementation with the relevant teams.
- Participate in the planning and execution of user testing, including acceptance testing, as well as the documentation of test results and cases.
- Contribute to the implementation of solutions, change management, user training and the production of required documentation.
- Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.
The profile sought is as follows:
- Hold an undergraduate degree (bachelor's degree) in information technology, business administration or a related discipline.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology, including three (3) years in business management.
- Have carried out business management as part of a project with a minimum scope of 8,000 person-days in the last five (5) years.
- Have participated in at least two (2) mandates involving the use of BPMN (Business Process Management Notation).
- Have participated in at least two (2) mandates requiring coordination and interaction with a minimum of three (3) projects.
