Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

  • Analyze business needs and recommend solutions aligned with Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud and the technology architecture in place.
  • Translate needs into functional specifications and support the development teams in their implementation.
  • Collaborate with business, technical and partner teams to ensure understanding and integration of solutions.
  • Participate in the assessment of efforts, risks and dependencies related to initiatives.
  • Contribute to the planning, testing and production of solutions.
  • Produce and maintain the required functional documentation.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and compliance of the deliverables under his/her responsibility.

The Profile We Are Looking For Is As Follows

  • Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification.
  • Experience in functional analysis and solution definition in a Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, including AWS.
  • Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance field (important asset).
  • Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or equivalent).
  • Participation in agility initiatives at scale (SAFe, LeSS, DAD or equivalent) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in French, both oral and written.
  • Working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with business, technical, and partner teams; assess effort, risks, and dependencies; contribute to planning, testing, and production; and maintain functional documentation and deliverable quality.

Requirements

The role requires Guidewire ClaimCenter certification and experience in functional analysis and solution definition in a Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud environment. Candidates should know cloud environments, including AWS, and have strong communication and teamwork skills; property and casualty insurance knowledge and experience with Agile or scaled Agile methods are assets, with French fluency and working knowledge of English required.
