Original job description
- Analyze and document business needs related to the underwriting and policy management processes in Guidewire PolicyCenter;
- Design and recommend functional solutions aligned with the platform's business objectives and capabilities;
- Perform impact assessments and ensure consistency of solutions with existing processes and systems;
- Collaborate with the business, configuration, development and testing teams to ensure the implementation and delivery of solutions;
- Translate business needs into clear functional orientations and specifications for the implementation teams;
- Participate in the planning and estimation of work as well as in the identification of risks and dependencies;
- Contribute to functional testing, validation of solutions and resolution of anomalies;
- Participate in the evolution and optimization of products, processes and business rules in damage insurance.
- Have significant experience in solution analysis or functional architecture in the context of IT projects;
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and a good understanding of its functional capabilities;
- Have a good knowledge of the processes related to property and casualty insurance, including underwriting and policy management;
- Be able to analyze business needs and translate them into solutions, orientations and functional specifications;
- Experience in impact analysis and integration of solutions in complex application environments;
- Knowledge of Agile approaches, including Scrum or Kanban;
- Have strong skills in collaboration with business, functional and technical stakeholders;
- Fluency in oral and written French and a working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities
Analyze underwriting and policy management needs in Guidewire PolicyCenter, and design functional solutions aligned with business objectives and existing systems. Coordinate with business and delivery teams on implementation, planning, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of property and casualty insurance products and processes.
Requirements
Significant experience in solution analysis or functional architecture, with experience using Guidewire PolicyCenter and knowledge of property and casualty insurance processes. The role requires the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, assess impacts in complex application environments, work with Agile methods, collaborate across stakeholder groups, and communicate fluently in French with working knowledge of English.
