Here's a quick overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
- Design and evolve the organic architectures of the solutions by ensuring their alignment with business orientations, target architectures and standards in force.
- Carry out impact analyses (functional, organic and safety), write organic architecture files and assess the technical feasibility of the proposed solutions.
- Support development teams in the division of solutions, the optimization of programming practices and the resolution of complex technical issues.
- Participate in the design and evolution of modern application solutions, including in a context of AI-assisted development, in accordance with the established governance framework.
- Collaborate in the definition of strategies for delivery, testing, implementation and deployment, as well as the validation of technical deliverables.
- Plan and perform performance tests, analyze the results and recommend improvements required to ensure the robustness and performance of the applications.
- Lead workshops, support project stakeholders and contribute to the monitoring of risks, issues and implementation activities.
- Provide technical support to internal teams during the development, implementation and post-production stabilization phases.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience as an organic architecture consultant in systems development or maintenance projects.
- Have completed at least two (2) mandates of a minimum of 2,000 person-days in the last seven (7) years, in organizations of comparable size or complexity, including a minimum of 200 days as an organic architecture consultant.
- Demonstrate experience in applying architecture principles and guidance (data, integration, delivery, security, and governance) to ensure consistency, alignment, and future-proofing of solutions.
- Experience in structured development environments involving a methodological framework, development tools, integrated infrastructure and adherence to programming standards.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a mid-platform environment (IFA).
- Have at least three (3) years of experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent solutions.
- Have at least four (4) years of experience in the development of solutions based on the .NET Framework.
- Have at least two (2) years of experience in organic architecture in a microservices context.
- Have at least two (2) years of experience in an Agile context.
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in versioning and artifact management with Azure DevOps.
- Have at least two (2) years of experience with solutions developed in migrated COBOL.
