We at Coforge are hiring a Sr. Performance Test Lead with following skillset :
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Performance Engineering principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in performance testing tool LoadRunner.
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools (e.g. AppDynamics).
- Solid understanding of web technologies, databases, and network protocols.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics and logs.
- Ability to work on re-architecting existing Performance framework and optimize with AI driven solutioning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based performance testing.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation.
- Experience in performance tuning of databases and application servers.
- Certifications in performance engineering or related fields.
