Is operations and sales your passion? Are you ready to inspire and motivate a team? Does delivering superior customer service excite you?

Seeking an Executive Director with strong operations leadership experience in hospitality. You'll oversee general management of our retirement residence, delivering a superior "More Living" experience to residents. Join us and be part of an organization that invests in its leaders, recognizing that "people are the heart of our business."

As the Executive Director, you'll lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development. Your expertise in recruiting, training, and mentoring will ensure exceptional service and resident care.

As the operations strategist, you'll efficiently manage all department operations, ensuring smooth functioning, strict compliance with collective agreements, and optimized fiscal resource allocation. You'll implement and maintain policies to uphold industry standards and regulations while achieving financial targets with maximum operational efficiency.

As the sales champion, you will create a focus on sales and occupancy, ensuring the team collaborates to meet and exceed occupancy targets. You will actively promote the residence within the local market ensuring a multi-pronged approach that showcases the residence as the top choice in retirement living.

As the financial performance expert, you'll set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit. Your strategies will help us surpass targets.

As the customer service advocate, you'll build strong relationships with employees, residents, and their families, fostering open communication and continuous improvement. Seeking feedback from stakeholders, you'll identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to achieve our goals. Your positive relationships with regional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies will reflect our organization's professionalism and integrity.
