Key Responsibilities
- Strong experience in Salesforce
- Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Work with developers/architects to deliver scalable solutions
- Support UAT, testing, and production validation
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
- Good understanding of integrations
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Salesforce certifications
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience
- 5+ years as BA/BSA
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Strong communication and analytical skills

The annual salary for this position is between $ 80,000– $ 95,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows, and design Salesforce solutions in collaboration with business and technical teams. Coordinate with developers and architects to deliver scalable solutions, and support user acceptance testing, testing, and production validation.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of business analysis or business systems analysis experience and four years of Salesforce experience. Candidates should have experience with JIRA and Confluence, strong communication and analytical skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum, integrations, and preferably banking or financial services; Salesforce certifications are also noted.
