In This Role, You Will

  • Lead and deliver P&C claims transformation engagements across claims lifecycle, from FNOL and triage to settlement
  • Identify and analyze the applicability of emerging technologies (such as AI) across the claim’s lifecycle. Create the business case for change
  • Partner with executives to shape and prioritize initiatives, driving business outcomes through technology delivery
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to plan, scope, and execute value‑additive consulting projects while managing engagement economics
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to P&C claims and technology leaders, building strong, ethical, and long‑standing working relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Own and lead business development activities including upsell opportunities and management of RFI/RFP responses
  • Own and lead go-to-market initiatives by developing thought leadership and white papers on market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities within the insurance industry
  • Manage senior client relationships, project governance, and ongoing communication, including executive-level status reporting and issue resolution.

What You Must Have To Be Considered
