Banking Operations Analyst - Bank/Finance

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide GIC operations support.
• Retrieve files and import them into the database.
• Perform investigations on identified transactions.
• Update data on the internal system.
• Monitor the group email inbox for new requests from brokers/issuers.

Required Program / Technology / Software Knowledge

• Advanced Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• PPLUS (preferred).

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, such as lookup functions.
• Good problem-solving skills, communication skills, and time management.
• Preferably 2 years or more of financial industry experience.
• Preferably an understanding of term deposits.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience

• Power Query.

The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
