Pay Range: $65 to $80
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 5 to 10+ years of experience in Java development. The candidate should have strong experience building distributed, service-oriented, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Build scalable microservices and distributed applications.
- Develop modern applications using Spring Boot.
- Work with cloud-based architectures.
- Work with relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Develop and maintain Linux/Unix shell scripts.
- Work with message-driven architectures using Kafka and EMS.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Java development experience
- Strong experience with Spring Boot
- Strong knowledge of microservices / SOA / distributed architectures
- Experience with cloud-based architectures
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server
- Strong Linux/Unix Shell experience
- Experience with Kafka and/or EMS
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
