We are looking for a Junior Program Manager to support enterprise initiatives focused on application integration, release management, project execution, and operational efficiency. This role will work with technical and business teams to coordinate projects, track deliverables, manage risks and timelines, and provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage project release activities from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate release artifacts and related compliance, security, licensing, classification, and third-party approval activities.
- Support assigned projects and help drive successful delivery, quality, and business outcomes.
- Gather requirements, identify risks and blockers, develop project timelines, and manage schedules.
- Prepare project and program status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Build strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Partner with Product Managers to align project execution with product goals and priorities.
- Create JIRA reports to provide transparency and visibility into project status.
- Track delivery metrics such as burndown, burn-up, velocity, and cycle time.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives based on retrospective outcomes and team feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, Program Management, Project Coordination, or Program Coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Ability to identify blockers, track dependencies, and follow projects through to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to create clear process documentation and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments where processes may still be developing.
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural and distributed teams.
- Comfortable supporting teams working across PST time zones, with some flexibility in working hours as needed.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Agile delivery practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise application integration or release management.
- Familiarity with compliance, security, licensing, or software governance processes.
- Experience working with delivery metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
