Job Description:

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage technical aspects related to the datacenter infrastructure in Canada: administration and evolution of cloud services (OpenStack, CEPH & S3 storage, networks, security), design and architecture of new services or projects, deployment of technical upgrades, and maintenance of existing environments.
Ensure version upgrades, handle complex incidents, analyze and optimize performance, improve service reliability, and continuously enhance the automation, security, and resilience of the cloud infrastructure.

Coordinate technical interventions within the different teams. Ensure the operational readiness of projects in production. Manage risks, arbitrate technical decisions, and ensure compliance with performance criteria.

Supervise and resolve critical incidents under time constraints. Conduct root cause analyses (post-mortem). Propose and monitor improvement plans to prevent recurrence. Communicate crucial information to clients according to the severity of the event.

3. Industrialize processes and automation

Reduce manual tasks through scripting and orchestration tools. Write and maintain scripts/tools (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform). Design reproducible and secure environments (Infrastructure as Code).

4. Ensure quality

Control the conformity of deliverables to internal and contractual standards.

Ensure that the implementation and monitoring of the supervision and monitoring of our services are always complete, accurate and up-to-date.

Develop best practices with cross-functional teams.

5. Guarantee delivery and customer satisfaction

Serve as the primary technical contact. Analyze needs, validate commitments, and ensure transparent communication until project completion. Provide guidance and expertise to business and sales teams.

Technical Environments:
