- ilities:
The OCM Specialist will pick up the change work as the program moves deeper into execution, testing, and readiness a - ctivities.
A major part of the role will involve conducting deeper change impact assessments stakeholder-by-stakeholder, identifying what is changing for different teams, and determining what interventions ar - e required.
They will also support the SOP inventory, stakeholder readiness, communications, governance, training inputs, leadership materials, presentations, and other change d - eliverables.
The person will work closely with stakeholders to understand how changes will impact employees operationally and help translate corporate-level change into practical tools, processes, communications, and training that can actually be adopted acros - s properties.
This is a very hands-on execution role. The hiring manager wants someone who can think strategically and provide ideas, but who is equally comfortable producing the deliverabl - es themselves.
The person will also coordinate with the broader PMO and workstreams, manage their own deliverables and stakeholder groups, participate in regular standups, and work collaboratively with the OCM and
training te
- ams.
Must-Haves:
Approximately 3-5 years of relevant OCM / change / transf - ormation experience
Experience supporting organizational change or bus - iness transformation
Strong experience with chan - ge impact assessments
Strong stakeholder man - agement and engagement
Experience developing and executing change communic - ations and deliverables
Experience working within a large, cross-functiona - l transformation program
Strong execution mindset - must be comfortable doing the work, not - only developing strategy
Strong problem-solving skills and abili - ty to operate in ambiguity
Self-starter who can independently - drive assigned work forward
Strong communica - tion and presentation skills
