About the Opportunity:
- Digital Team is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Mobile Banking team.
- This role will be responsible for business and systems analysis activities on medium-to-large digital transformation initiatives focused on enhancing bank's Mobile and Online Banking platforms.
- The successful candidate will work within a collaborative Agile environment and partner closely with Product Owners, Technology Teams, Designers, Quality Engineering teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital banking experiences.
- The ideal candidate brings strong Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis expertise, extensive Agile experience, recent banking experience, and a proven background delivering mobile or digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Management & Analysis
- Lead business and systems requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management.
- Gather and document business requirements and system requirements independently.
- Develop requirements plans and provide effort estimates for BA deliverables.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and systems.
- Identify business rules, data requirements, process impacts, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
- Validate requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
Agile Delivery
- Manage and refine product backlogs.
- Create, document, and maintain user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Assist Product Owners in decomposing Epics into actionable User Stories.
- Support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain requirements and sprint artifacts within Jira and Confluence.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and requirements workshops.
Stakeholder Management:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and identify impacted groups.
- Lead requirements discovery sessions and facilitated workshops.
- Act as liaison between business and technology teams.
- Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
- Resolve requirements conflicts and escalate issues when required.
Documentation & Process Improvement:
- Create and maintain business process maps, context diagrams, use cases, system specifications, and user story maps.
- Build and maintain reusable requirements repositories and documentation standards.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise BA methodologies and best practices.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and participate in BA Chapter activities.
Delivery Support:
- Support Design, Development, and Quality Engineering teams with requirements clarification.
- Participate in test planning, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must-Have:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst.
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Recent Banking or Financial Services experience.
- Experience delivering Mobile Banking and/or Online Banking projects.
- Strong experience in both Business Analysis and Systems Analysis.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements independently.
- Experience working on large enterprise projects ($2M+ budgets preferred).
