Stay current on insurance industry trends, regulatory updates, and adult learning best practices.
Assist in the development of the learning and development strategy for our brokerages across the Collectivfide network.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience delivering or implementing training within a P&C insurance brokerage or insurance environment.
Prior experience as a Broker or Underwriter is considered a strong asset.
Experience designing and developing online or blended learning solutions, including e-learning content, is an asset.

If due to a disability you require accommodation or accessible format and communication support, please submit your request in writing and together, with your Manager and Human Resources we will work together to develop an accommodation plan.

Your final salary will be based on your experience, skills, qualifications, and the value you bring to the role.

Of course, great compensation is about more than salary. We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes comprehensive health and dental benefits, employer pension matching, generous vacation time, personal days, volunteer days, and Pawreavement Leave, because we know pets are family, too.
