Job Functions:
- Provide quality in-class and in-cab training to students, by following Ministry of Transportation guidelines.
- Evaluate student progress and achievement; assume responsibility for the overall assessment of the student's work within assigned courses.
- Provide weekly reports of student progress and related documentation.
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Provide a learning environment which makes effective use of available resources.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with administration staff and students to promote learning and ensure student success.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A driver’s licence with Z Endorsement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Clean Driver’s abstract.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Previous teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and Teams.
- Advanced written and spoken English language skills in English.
- Fluency in French preferred but not mandatory.
