- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business growth
- Monitor labour utilization, work-in-progress, scheduling, and branch performance
- Review operational and financial metrics to improve productivity and profitability
- Collaborate with Service, Parts, Operations, and Administration to ensure efficient branch operations
- Champion a strong safety culture and operational excellence
- Recruit, retain, and develop skilled employees while fostering a positive team environment

Preferred
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician, Millwright, or related trade certification
- Experience leading service or industrial operations
- Experience managing budgets, labour utilization, and branch performance
- Strong knowledge of oilfield service equipment and repair operations
Who You Are
You're a leader who earns respect by being present, approachable, and willing to step in when needed. You understand that successful branches are built on strong customer relationships, engaged employees, sound operational decisions, and accountability.
You know how to balance people, productivity, and profitability while creating an environment where employees can do their best work.
