Monitor system performance using control panels, gauges, alarms, and computerized systems to detect irregularities and take corrective action when required.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted building operations.
Maintain indoor air quality standards by managing ventilation systems and ensuring the timely servicing and replacement of filters.
Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment, identify maintenance requirements, and report findings to management.
Maintain mechanical and electrical rooms in a clean, safe, and operational condition at all times.
Respond to tenant service requests and emergency situations efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair work while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
